Instead of living up to its obligation to employ responsible business and banking practices, Bank of America is using its size and market dominance to run up fees and credit card rates, cut corners on community reinvestment efforts, deny loans to working families and minority communities, avoid paying taxes, and actively eliminate thousands of jobs. Bank of America is also facing mounting charges of racial discrimination in both its employment and banking practices.
